Vittoria provides advisory in Corporate M&A, Venture Capital and Private Equity, supporting transformation, merger, demerger and acquisition transactions — including cross-border deals and transactions in regulated sectors — as well as complex corporate reorganization projects.

She follows the entire negotiation and documentation cycle of transactions, from preliminary structuring to the drafting and negotiation of LOIs, term sheets, shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements, merger and demerger plans, put & call option agreements, closing documentation and post-closing activities.

Vittoria  regularly assists international clients in structuring and establishing cross-border joint ventures aimed at business development and scalability in foreign markets.

She also has significant experience in the Life Sciences sector, with a regulatory focus on pharmaceuticals, medical devices and clinical trials.

She completed the Master in Business Law at LUISS School of Law and is admitted to the Bar of Rome.

Vittoria is fluent in English.
