Roberto Sparano

Graduated magna cum laude in Law – University Federico II of Naples.

Roberto has over 25 years of experience assisting national and international clients in complex crossborder M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. His expertise ranges from structuring acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures to negotiating international commercial agreements, competition law, and contracts in technological development and financing.

He has worked for prestigious Italian law firms and leading international law firms before becoming a Partner at LawaL and a member of the M&A team. In the past, he has also held prominent roles at regulatory authorities such as the Italian Communications Authority.

A lecturer in university master programs and author of numerous publications, Roberto is actively involved in the entrepreneurial community as a mentor for innovative startups and board member of Globalaw, an international network of independent law firms.

He combines in-depth legal knowledge with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, supporting clients with a pragmatic approach in the most complex cross-border transactions.
