Roberta Mollica

Roberta is Head of the Media & Entertainment and Intellectual Property department.

She has significant experience in the media, communication, and entertainment sector. She provides consultancy and assistance in commercial law, copyright law, image rights, as well as in all regulatory aspects relating to this field.

She assists her clients with contractual and commercial matters and services, such as product placement, sponsorships, advertising, e-commerce, event and concert organization.

She also deals with specific regulatory issues concerning digital, satellite, cable, and Internet broadcasting—those relating to advertising and communication, as well as in the field of copyright and image rights, including rights transfer and license agreements.

Registered with the Milan Bar Association, she graduated in Law from Bocconi University in Milan, and before co-founding LawaL, she worked at a prestigious law firm in Milan.
