Piergiorgio Mancone

Piergiorgio is our Managing Partner and head of the Financial Intermediaries Regulation department and the Corporate M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital department.

His clients include banks, asset management companies, and industrial companies, whom he assists in particularly complex and structured transactions, drawing on the experience gained as a partner at leading Italian law firms and as an in-house lawyer at BNP Paribas Securities Services, where he worked for many years.

Graduated from Luigi Bocconi University, he holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Law from the University of Milan and earned a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Banking from SDA Bocconi. He has taught Comparative Commercial Law at the University of Milan.
