Marco Pallucchini Wrede

Marco Pallucchini Wrede graduated with honors from LUISS University in Rome in 1993. He has collaborated with leading international law firms such as Baker & McKenzie, EY Law Firm, Eversheds Sutherland, Carnelutti, and iLS, where he was a partner.

He also worked as in-house counsel for EMEA at AMD – Advanced Micro Devices, a U.S.-based company and leader in semiconductor manufacturing, listed on the NYSE, and serves as contract general counsel for a company specializing in online advertising technologies, listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Marco Pallucchini Wrede specializes in corporate law, M&A, and commercial contracts, particularly in the technology and Made in Italy sectors, assisting both international (especially German) and national clients.

He is fluent in German, English, and French, and is qualified to practice law in both Italy and Switzerland.
