Luca Gobbi

Luca works in the areas of Regulatory, Corporate, Private Equity, and Venture Capital, where he has handled numerous complex transactions on behalf of banks, asset management companies, investment funds, and industrial companies, both in Italy and in New York.

Registered since 2018 with the New York Bar as Attorney at Law and since 2019 with the Milan Bar Association, he earned his Master’s Degree in Law with a specialization in corporate and financial markets law from Bocconi University and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Corporate and Business Law from Pennsylvania State University.
Before joining the LawaL team, he worked in Geneva at the UN and WTO as a co-delegate of the Permanent Representation of Italy to International Organizations and later at the Milan offices of several leading national and international law firms, focusing primarily on corporate law, M&A transactions and financing, and consultancy for financial and banking intermediaries.
