Letterio mainly works in the areas of civil and banking litigation, and Corporate M&A.
Before joining LawaL, he trained at a leading international law firm based in Milan.
He graduated cum laude from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 2020 with a thesis in civil and civil procedural law on new credit guarantees.
He has been registered with the Milan Bar Association since 2022. Since 2021, he has been pursuing a Ph.D. in civil law at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, focusing on business crisis and new forms of credit realization. He has conducted research abroad as a visiting researcher at Humboldt University in Berlin. He collaborates with the chairs of civil law, civil procedural law, and private law at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.
