Jacopo Sciarretta

Trainee, Corporate M&A Department.

Graduated in Economics from LUISS Guido Carli University, he is currently completing his Law degree, also at LUISS.

Jacopo has developed cross-disciplinary skills in corporate finance, financial modeling and business planning, making him particularly suited to supporting execution activities in corporate and M&A transactions, thanks to the integration of economic-financial vision and legal training.

He supports the team in all activities, with particular reference to the economic-financial analysis of target companies, development and review of business plans, cap tables and financial models, as well as in the preparation of transactional documentation and in strategic analyses preliminary to extraordinary transactions.
