Ivan Tosco

Ivan leads the Privacy and Data Protection practice area and also provides consultancy in commercial and corporate law, with a specific focus on the technology and pharmaceutical sectors, including international matters. He serves as Data Protection Officer for both public and private entities and has held the position of General Counsel for the broadband division of Eutelsat, a satellite telecommunications group.

A lawyer registered with the Turin Bar and lecturer in Data Protection and Cybersecurity at several regional training institutions, he holds a Ph.D. in International Law with a specialization in European Union Law at the University of Milan “Statale”, he holds a specialization diploma in Tax Law and in Data Protection Officer from the University of Turin.

Ivan is a member of the Piedmont Tax Law Association (Camera Tributaria del Piemonte), a founding member of Federprivacy, and a member of the Italian Society of Pharmaceutical Medicine.
