Ilaria Farruggia

She practises law, dealing primarily with civil law on behalf of private individuals and businesses, with a particular focus on debt recovery, contract law and the handling of ordinary litigation, providing assistance in both judicial and extrajudicial matters.

She graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Turin in 2026, having written a dissertation on company law entitled ‘The dematerialisation of shares in limited liability companies’.

She joined the LawaL team in 2026, where she works alongside the firm’s professionals in providing legal advice and managing day-to-day civil and corporate matters.
