Guido Molinari

Guido graduated in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 1990.
He attended Columbia University School of Law in NYC, and in Leyden/Amsterdam the related summer program in American law.
He speaks Italian, English, and French.
Qualified to practice before the Court of Cassation and all other higher courts.
He deals with corporate law, M&A, energy law, and public services law, with particular focus on corporate transactions, including special projects and acquisitions in the utilities sector, both nationally and internationally. He has provided consultancy services in restructuring and privatization operations of public services in developing countries. He also operates in the Capital Market and Private Equity sectors, particularly in relation to privatization and development projects in Italy and abroad, as well as transactions in the energy, hydro-environmental, and transport sectors.
He was for many years Managing Partner at Carnelutti Roma.
Author of numerous publications, articles, and speaker at conferences and seminars.
