Giuseppe Massaro

Giuseppe works in the fields of commercial and insolvency law.

He has over 15 years of experience managing complex insolvency proceedings, business crises, and corporate restructuring.

He regularly assists banks, investment funds, and entrepreneurs in restructuring and turnaround transactions, offering innovative solutions both from the credit and debt sides. He has significant experience in “distressed real estate” transactions, working alongside some of the market’s leading players in implementing strategies for acquiring real estate assets from insolvency and enforcement proceedings.

He is a member of the Rome Bar Association, holds a Law degree from the University of Pisa, and has worked with some of the most prestigious Italian and international law firms.
