He provides labor law consultancy to Italian and foreign clients (companies, public bodies, and individuals). He handles the drafting of employment contracts—subordinate, executive, occasional, project-based, consulting, and agency contracts—as well as advising on the application of employment law provisions contained in Legislative Decree 276/03 and its implementing decrees (project-based work, occasional work, job-sharing, staff leasing, etc.).
He offers assistance in individual and collective dismissal procedures for workforce reduction, as well as individual dismissals for justified objective reason or just cause, including negotiations with trade union representatives. He also has in-depth knowledge of legislation regarding social safety nets (mobility schemes, solidarity contracts, wage guarantee fund) and the welfare system.
