Francesco D’Imporzano

Francesco provides consultancy in the areas of Corporate M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Regulatory. His assistance to companies—both judicial and extrajudicial—covers routine operations as well as extraordinary transactions.

Registered with the Milan Bar Association, he graduated from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and obtained a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Banking from SDA Bocconi.

Before joining LawaL, he collaborated with a leading law firm in Milan.
