Francesco D’Imporzano

Francesco provides advice in the Corporate M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Regulation areas. His assistance to companies – both inside and outside the courtroom – covers both ordinary and extraordinary operations.

A member of the Milan Bar Association, he graduated from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, and holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance and Banking from SDA Bocconi.

Before joining Lawal, he was employed by a leading law firm based in Milan.
