He has specific expertise in public contracts and tendering, construction and town planning, the environment and energy, public funding, the civil service, cultural heritage, local authorities and financial accountability.
He graduated with honours in Law from the University of Turin, with a dissertation focusing on the application of artificial intelligence and predictive justice in the legal field.
He joined the LawaL team in 2026, where he assists the firm’s clients with matters relating to public and administrative law, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation.
