Francesca Bologna

Qualified lawyer in both Italy and France, Francesca has recognized expertise in corporate and international law. She assists large groups and SMEs in developing their legal strategy at the national and international level, extensively handling M&A, private equity, and corporate compliance, with particular focus on personal data protection matters.

President of the Association of Italian Lawyers in France, she is a speaker at legal seminars and author of numerous publications in both Italian and French legal journals.

Registered with the Bar of Venice and Paris, she obtained a joint Ph.D. in international law from the University of Padua and the Université Panthéon Assas Paris II, and a dual Master II in European and international law from the Universities of Urbino and Paris I.
