Fabio Bonaglia

Fabio is head of the construction, industrial risks, and Real Estate department at the Paris office.

He assists and represents companies and institutions in private and public projects across all asset classes—industrial, commercial, residential, energy, and infrastructure—and at all stages of the project: structuring, construction, commercialization, and management.

With solid and extensive experience gained first at an international law firm and later at one of France’s leading construction law firms, he regularly leads training courses on subcontracting in the construction and industrial sectors (intra and infra) and is a board member of the Ital’Immo club.

Registered with the Paris Bar, he holds degrees in international law (DEA–Paris X), litigation and arbitration law (DESS–Paris II), and construction and real estate law (Master–Paris II).
