Enrico Caruso

With significant experience gained in Italy and abroad – the United States and South Africa – Enrico is the firm’s head of corporate, banking and financial litigation, as well as corporate restructuring, family wealth, and succession matters.

For over thirty years, he has assisted banks, financial institutions, and Italian and international corporate groups. Before joining Lawal, he was a partner at leading Italian law firms including Rubino Sammartano (now Law Fed BRSA), Pavia e Ansaldo, Agnoli Bernardi, and Pirola Pennuto Zei.

He is a member of the Milan Bar and graduated cum laude in Law from the University of Palermo. He pursued further studies at the Università Cattolica of Milan in corporate and international commercial law, and at The College of Insurance in New York in Reinsurance.
