Emanuele Francesco Rizzuti

Emanuele Francesco specialises in commercial and corporate law. He regularly assists national and multinational companies with extraordinary transactions and industrial M&A, as well as Italian and foreign investment funds operating in the private equity and real estate sectors.

Emanuele graduated cum laude from the University of Naples “Federico II” and is a member of the Milan Bar.

Before joining LawaL, he practised at some of the most prestigious international law firms.
