In the corporate field, he provides consultancy and assistance, judicial and extrajudicial, in commercial contract matters and related issues, debt recovery on behalf of commercial companies and private individuals, and in disputes between companies and between shareholders and companies.

In the field of real rights and real estate property, he provides assistance in the negotiation, drafting, and preparation of sale and lease agreements—both residential and commercial—as well as in matters relating to lease termination notices, evictions for lease expiration or for non-payment. In the same area, he offers consultancy and assistance, judicial and extrajudicial, in condominium litigation and real estate enforcement procedures.
