Andrea Villani

Andrea Villani serves as of counsel in the Corporate M&A department with a specific focus on the venture capital segment.

Graduated from Bocconi University (Università Commerciale “Luigi Bocconi”), he is qualified to practice law and is registered with the Salerno Bar Association.

He has previously worked as a partner at FACELAW in Milan and earlier at NASAW and Eunomia Studio Legale, providing assistance to institutional and private investors, startups, and SMEs in the venture capital sector, as well as to leading Italian and foreign companies in extraordinary transactions.

He regularly works in English and French.
