Graduated in Law in July 1995 from “La Sapienza” University of Rome (after 3 years of studies in Economics and Business); passed the Bar exam in October 1998 at the Court of Appeal of Rome; attended the two-year course of the “Anselmo Anselmi” Notarial School of Rome in 1996/1997 and completed notarial training in 1997.

Initially worked in civil law and, since 1998, has specialized in Labor Law, particularly providing assistance in labor litigation (throughout the national territory) and out-of-court consultancy to Italian and foreign companies in all sectors, as well as to executives and individuals.

He supports clients in contract drafting and personnel management, disciplinary procedures, individual dismissals, and collective redundancy procedures, as well as in operations of Reorganization and restructuring, in addition to assistance in all phases of union negotiations. He is involved in the drafting of company regulations and supplementary agreements, with participation in union meetings and related negotiations. He also handles due diligence, both acquisition and vendor side.

In 2005, 2006, and 2007, he was assigned the Chair of Labor Law in the “Master’s Degree Program” at the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, University of Rome “La Sapienza”.

Since 2006, he has lectured in advanced training courses in Anthropology, Sociology, and Risk Management.

Since 2007, he has organized and spoken at numerous conferences and seminars on labor law, including on topics such as Privacy and employee monitoring, labor law aspects of the Compliance Officer role, and since 2010, has participated as a speaker in various workshops.

Since 2011, he has been appointed a member of the Rome Bar Council for the Labor Law Project. As of 2013, he has been assigned training courses for the Italian Red Cross.

In 2016, he was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation. In recent years, he has also resumed work in litigation in the healthcare field, particularly concerning professional liability.
