Chartered accountant and statutory auditor, Alberto has solid experience in tax and commercial law, as well as in accounting consultancy and assistance.

In the course of his professional career, he has handled a wide range of cases in tax litigation, provided technical consultancy in corporate litigation—both civil and criminal—drafted valuation reports for company and shareholding assessments, conducted tax due diligence, and assisted clients in acquisition transactions and extraordinary corporate operations.

Alberto holds positions as statutory auditor in companies with and without accounting control duties, and serves as a board member in corporations.
