Paolo Claretta Assandri

Born in Turin in 1954 and a graduate in Economics and Business from the University of Turin, Dr Claretta Assandri has been a chartered accountant registered with the professional body since 1981 and a statutory auditor, with over forty years’ experience in corporate, accounting and tax consultancy, in extraordinary transactions – mergers, demergers and asset transfers – the preparation of financial statements, the valuation of companies and shareholdings, as well as in company law and tax litigation.

Throughout her career, she has held – and continues to hold – numerous positions as chair of the board of statutory auditors, standing auditor and statutory auditor at leading companies in the automotive and industrial components sectors, as well as in the financial and asset management, insurance, banking and trust sectors, and in the food industry and other areas of the economy.

Among his institutional roles, he served as a member of the Disciplinary Council of the Turin Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts.
