Piergiorgio Re

A Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, whose professional career began in the early 1970s, he was a Full Professor at the University of Turin – Department of Management, where he taught courses in Marketing and the Marketing of Industrial Goods and Services, and is the author of numerous publications on the subject.

He has gained extensive experience in extraordinary transactions, business valuations and corporate consultancy, having held numerous positions throughout his career, including as a director, member of supervisory bodies, statutory auditor, court-appointed technical adviser and expert in particularly complex transactions and contexts.

He is also Chairman of a prestigious Turin-based foundation active in the fields of art and culture.

He has also held, and continues to hold, positions in banking and insurance groups and in leading companies operating in the automotive, food and technology consultancy sectors.
