Paola Giordano

She has been registered with the Register of Chartered Accountants for the Province of Turin since 1993. She is registered with the Register of Auditors (Official Gazette 31 bis, IV, Special Series of 21 April 1995, Ministerial Decree of 12 April 1995).

She provides consultancy on corporate, accounting and tax matters, extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, asset transfers), assistance with the preparation of financial statements and the valuation of businesses and shareholdings, as well as corporate law and tax litigation.

As part of her professional practice, she serves as a statutory auditor and external auditor for companies and organisations.
