Chiara Francesca Ferrero

Chiara Francesca Ferrero is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. She graduated in 2005 from the Luigi Bocconi University of Milan with a degree in Business Economics and Law, specialising in “Chartered Accountancy”.

She has been practising since 2009 and is a member of the Turin Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts and is registered with the Register of Statutory Auditors.

She has gained extensive experience in tax and corporate consultancy, extraordinary transactions, M&A and due diligence, business valuations, and matters relating to financial statements, auditing and corporate governance.

She holds positions on the administrative, supervisory and audit bodies of private and publicly-owned companies, including those operating in regulated sectors, as well as in organisations and foundations; she also holds commissioner posts in public bodies appointed by the Ministry.
