Roberto Gado

He has been registered with the Register of Chartered Accountants for the Province of Turin since 2012. He is registered with the Register of Auditors under no. 166146, by Ministerial Decree of 18 May 2012, published in the Official Gazette no. 44 of 8 June 2012.

He provides consultancy services in the areas of company law, accounting and taxation, international VAT, extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions of assets), assistance with the preparation of financial statements and the valuation of businesses and shareholdings, company law and tax litigation.

As part of his professional practice, he serves as a statutory auditor and external auditor for companies and organisations.
