Angelo Tatullo

Senior Associate, Litigation and Corporate M&A Department.

Angelo has significant experience in disputes relating to contractual and non-contractual liability and, more generally, in commercial and civil contract law (medical liability before and after the Gelli-Bianco reform; breaches of obligations under construction contracts; lease agreements; sale and supply contracts; contractual non-performance).

He provides judicial assistance in corporate matters (remuneration of directors of corporations; proceedings under Article 2409 of the Italian Civil Code; voluntary jurisdiction; management of subsequent inspection activities, including on-site inspections of corporate real estate; proceedings challenging the financial statements of corporations).

Angelo also has consolidated experience in mandatory and optional mediation proceedings and in ADR.

He assists clients in ordinary civil proceedings, both at first instance and on appeal, as well as in precautionary proceedings (pre-litigation and pending litigation), summary proceedings under Article 702-bis of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure, payment injunction proceedings and related opposition proceedings.

Angelo attended the Specialization School for Legal Professions at La Sapienza University of Rome and is admitted to the Bar of Rome.
