In contractual matters we assist clients, inter alia, in the negotiation and drafting of license agreements, rights transfer, distribution, synchronization of musical works, music and literary publishing, cobranding, and franchising.
We also handle relations with SIAE, SCF, Nuovo Imaie and other Italian and foreign collective management organizations for copyright, and we ensure client representation in litigation matters, if any.
