Marco Baio

Marco operates in the Corporate, M&A, Regulatory and Litigation areas.

Graduated with honours from the University of Trento with a thesis on Special Purpose Acquisition Companies, he holds a Master’s Degree in Law (with distinction) in corporate and finance law from the University of Glasgow, Scotland. Before joining Lawal, he was employed by a leading international law firm based in Milan.
