Giulia D’Alessandro

Giulia mainly works in the areas of litigation and corporate M&A, providing advice and assistance – both out-of-court and in court – with banking, financial and corporate law matters.

Before joining Lawal, she worked in the Legal Department of a renowned company where she dealt with compliance, particularly in the field of personal data protection, drawing up national and international contracts, and managing and organising corporate litigation.

A member of the Milan Bar Association, she graduated from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, and began her professional career working with prestigious law firms.
